About Us
At InlandCPE we are committed to providing affordable high quality accredited continuing professional education to CPAs in the Inland Empire. Our live courses were established to give southern California CPAs more than just 8.0 hours of required CPE credit. Our goal is to have diversified presentations on relevant and interesting topics; ultimately providing CPAs with the necessary tools to excel in this difficult economic time.
The speakers vary based on topic and program, but all of our CPE courses are hosted by Frank M. Campbell, CLU, ChFC and Jay Schumaker.
Frank M. Campell CLU, ChFC
With over 30 years of experience as a financial professional in the inland empire, Frank has established relationships with other professionals across all areas of finance and investing. Those relationships ensure the diversification of the speakers and topics at the CPE programs.

He is a past president and current member of both the San Bernardino County Estate Planning Council and the Arrowhead chapter of the Association of Financial Service Professionals. Frank is also a Life and Qualifying member of the Million Dollar Roundtable, as well as the Riverside Estate Planning Council.
Married for 38 years, Frank and his wife still reside in the house they purchased in 1978. They have three wonderful daughters and four delightful grandchildren.
